Soulful Dynamics: Jungle People (Lee Douglas Edit) Vinyl 12"
Heat Alert! Can't help but think of this 12" as an unofficial reunion of sorts for TBD, the DJ/producer super duo of Justin Vandervolgen (aka the My Rules boss) and Lee Douglas (of Rong/Cititrax fame). The two used to slay it at various underground (and not-so-underground) venues across NYC with their unique brand of DJing that would include tons of secret weapon edits. I'm guessing this was one of those edits as "Jungle People" is a burning soulful disco stomper set for peaktime play. Here Lee Douglas makes it easy for you, subtle-y extending and tweaking the track for mixing and dancing pleasure. One sided 12". Don't miss it!
