Third studio album from Eau Claire, Wisconsin's S. Carey. Hundred Acres was recorded by the Bon Iver drummer during breaks from touring with his main squeeze. Carey draws influence from nature surrounding where he grew up. His vocal harmonies melt into his band's creations, giving the whole affair a melancholy vibe. Ten tracks in all. Released by Jagjaguwar on translucent green vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeve.
