Chicago vocalist, producer, & composer Peven Everett released "Put Your Back Into It" about 10 years ago. Since then, the deep house burner has received a lot of love on the dancefloor w/ names like Theo Parrish, Ben UFO, and Motor City Drum Ensemble getting behind it. Groovin Recordings has brought back the modern house anthem on vinyl, and in addition to the rich, warm, shuffling original, the 12" includes the smacking Quentin Harris rework on the flip, just as the original pressing (which goes for a lot of money) did.
