Long time Detroit veteran Todd Osborn delivers the goods with his latest. He's teamed up with Hot Chip's Joe Goddard under his Osborne moniker for a sublime cut of vocal house. Listen close kids, 'cuz this is how it's done. The duo drop some serious funk into their cauldron, giving "Hold Up" a real live feel. Goddard takes a more sublime route on his dub version, coming off a little more emotional than the original. On the b-side Osborne takes a more discofied approach with "All Night." It's a track that's sure to please, the vocal refrain letting you know how long this thing is gonna go. Things get a little more jacking with the Tuff City Kids remix. Good looks all around. Recommended.
