I Put A Spell On You was originally recorded in 1965 and is considered one of the standout efforts from Simone's prolific career. It includes some of her best known songs; her thrilling take on Screamin' Jay Hawkins' "I Put A Spell On You," Jacques Brel's "Ne Me Quitte Pas" which would go on to become one of Simone's staples, and "Feeling Good" a Broadway tune that became a standard after Simone covered it here. Twelve tracks in all. Released by Philips on 180g vinyl house in a full color replica sleeve.
