Produced back in 1984 by proto-house guru Boyd Jarvis in Timmy Regisford's bedroom, thisdemo EP perfectly captures the raw energy of the early house sound. Check "You Got Me Running" for a taste of Jarvis' pumping garage house production with Colonel Abrams nailing those soulful vocals. Next up, Colonel Abrams rocks a demo version of "Release The Tension," which was later released with alternate vocals by Circuit - but the Abrams version absolutely murks it! Also includes the cosmic soul of "Celebrate." Recommended.
