Collecting the best recordings from several BBC Sessions (1996-2001), this compilation gives a glimpse underneath the picture perfect sound you hear on the albums. But to my surprise, it's still pretty clinical in the foreign, improvised setting of the BBC studios. The live recording audio aesthetics gives it even more of a vintage feel while the vocals and instrumental cues remain spot on, a true mark of the band's caliber. This vinyl version is the way to go, double disc, high quality pressing. 14 tracks in all in gatefold sleeve.
